Cabinets?

We have been blessed with really nice cabinets in our kitchen. For the age of our house they are in excellent condition. However, don't you think they need a makeover? I want to put beadboard on the ends and back of bar area.
Should we paint them and if so what color? Or leave them alone?

Laundry Room Redo

I'm giving my laundry room a makeover. I decided I was tired of the green. I'm painting it the same color as the adjoining living room. I have painted all the accessories black. I think it is going to look really nice when I am finished. I will post after pics soon.

Partying their Pants off!!!

This is a nightly routine here in Paradise. Dancin' with the music as loud as it goes. Shakin' what their momma gave them. Throwing a little remix to mix it up. .

Pink and Brown

Sunday after church I took Buggers outside for a little photo shoot. She loves posing for the camera. I love these shots of her. It shows her sassy attitude. Her haircut adds to her sassiness.

Trick or Treat!!

We decided to do the whole old fashion trick or treating. No trunk or treat...no village center...no market street. Just good ole door to door soliciting for chocolate goodies and sugary sweets. We had a rough start since Buggers just woke up and Bubby was trying to go to sleep right before we went. Bubs went as Spiderman and Buggers as Winnie the Pooh. We went to about 10 houses which was mostly people we knew plus two McCain supporters. We headed back to the house candy in tow and sat in the driveway and handed out our candy. The kids decided to get a jump start on their goodies. We ran out of trick or treaters about 8:30. So we headed inside and were in bed by 9:30. As I laid in bed thinking about all the people who were getting dressed and about to head out on the town for a night of dancing and partying, all I thought to myself was they won't have half the fun I had tonight with my family. Nothing beats seeing your sweet babies all dressed up on this childhood favorite holiday.
