I just signed up for Twitter. It is a website that you can post updates of your ever so mundane life. As if anyone cares. But anyway I feel like I have to stay hip with the rest of the Intenet cliques. It is pretty neat and my friend swears it is addicting. Between myspace, facebook, myyearbook, twitter, blogs, text messages and instant messages there is no need to have actually face to face or voice conversations with friends and family. I can imagine that I will call my bff and ask her how things are going. And her irritated response, haven't you checked my twitter today. I know I am guilty of being irritated with friends and family who have blogs that don't update them on a regular basis. Silly me I guess I forget that people have regular daily lives.
Who has time for all this anyway?????
Wait I guess I do since I do all of the above (except myyearbook...I leave that to hubby)
I challenge all myself and my internet addict friends and family pick up the phone and actually call someone. You might be surprised your verbal social skills might still be on the up and up.
