Imagine an altercation between a long steep yellow slide, a willing and eager 28 year old and an unwilling "I trust you Mommy" 2 year old. You would think all would go according to plan.
Here was the Plan.....
Step 1 Climb stairs to the top.
Step 2 Sit on slide
Step 3 Place apprehensive toddler on lap
Step 4 Slide down with glee
Step 5 Stand up and take a bow
But in reality....
Steps 1-4 go off without a hitch. Problem arises around step 5. The landing did not go according to plan. Bugs and I picked up quite a bit of momentum on the way down. I tried my best to stick the landing. But the momentum carried us forward and I did a few (maybe a lot) of stutter steps until I came to a startling halt on my knees. I have a horrible habit of laughing at people when they fall so I immediately burst into uncontrollable laughter. I look up to my two onlookers, hubs and mom who were laughing at me too. I wish they would have been filming it I could be 10,000 dollars richer with my 15 seconds of fame on AFV.
PS I'm still cracking up at it!!!!!!!!!!
